NO SMOKING! Please note we have a strict no smoking policy. This means we do not allow guests to smoke anywhere in the apartment, including the enclosed balcony. If you need to smoke inside, then please book elsewhere! We have 3 smart smoke detectors installed. If these are set off or if they are tampered with by removing the batteries, alerts are sent to the manager who will investigate. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave. An extra cleaning fee will also be charged and deducted from your damage deposit.
